Overview
RISING DAWN REFLECTIONS IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO COMBATING GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE (GBV) THROUGH EDUCATION, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, AND ADVOCACY. Established to address the persistent challenges of GBV, the organization empowers vulnerable groups, fosters awareness, and builds partnerships that drive meaningful societal change.

A SOCIETY WHERE EVERYONE CAN LIVE FREE FROM FEAR, VIOLENCE, AND DISCRIMINATION, EMPOWERED TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
Our Mission
TO CREATE SAFE AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITIES BY RAISING AWARENESS OF GBV, EDUCATING THE YOUTH, AND SUPPORTING SURVIVORS THROUGH ADVOCACY, EMPOWERMENT, AND COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS.
Core Values
The following values capture beliefs that determine the organization's management style, relationships with communities as well as organizational ethics:
- Client Orientation: We pledge to provide high quality and acceptable services to our communities. We respect the needs and requirements of the communities. Our communities will always be the core of our services.
- Professionalism: Our interaction with our communities will always be on a preference basis and will conform with the norms of the individual communities, as well as the specified requirements of the associations to which we belong.
- Transparency and Accountability: In all our dealings we will be transparent and accountable to all the stake-holders.
- Quality: Quality is given top priority to any work that we perform and even work we intend to do.
- Team Work: We firmly believe in team work, mutual trust, respect and co-operation. The foundation of the organization has been the co-operation of not only the staff members but also the stakeholders.
- Cost Efficiency: Our main aim is to manage all work given efficiently and cost effective.
Conclusion: Given all the resources and tasks to perform and deliver, we undertake to do our best and always hold our stakeholders and community's interests at heart.

RISING DAWN REFLECTIONS IS GOVERNED BY A DIVERSE AND COMMITTED BOARD OF DIRECTORS WHO OVERSEE STRATEGY, COMPLIANCE, AND SUSTAINABILITY.

THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES WITH A CLEAR STRUCTURE, INCLUDING PROGRAM MANAGERS, FACILITATORS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE DELIVERY OF INITIATIVES.
Our Partners
Collaboration is key to our success. We work closely with:
- Government: Collaborate with the Department of Social Development, Department of Education, and Local Law Enforcement to align with national GBV strategies.
- Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs): Work with women's shelters, counseling centers, and advocacy groups to provide comprehensive support to survivors.
- Corporate Sector: Partner with businesses for sponsorships, funding, and resource provision.
- Community Leaders: Engage traditional and local leaders to drive community participation and acceptance of programs.
